| The IP Inventory™ application was specifically
designed for network audits and inventory of the PC's in a Local
Area Network.
After gathering all configuration data from the network clients,
IP Inventory™ can create complex reports, highlighting
the software licenses exceeding the licensing period and displaying
detailed information about the hardware and software configuration
of each of the network client found in the selected IP range
as well as Performing Network Inventory-Audits on demand.
The IP Inventory™ tool is made up by two separate parts:
the Server and the Client. The IP Inventory™ Client
must be installed on each PC in the selected IP range in order
to retrieve hardware and software configuration data. The
IP Inventory™ Server monitors all clients in the selected
IP range, querying them on fixed time intervals and checking
their online presence.
