Windows 2000/XP.

your Windows taskbar, Winamp, your e-mail program or instant
messenger.
Transparent Windows is great with Notepad or other accessories
where you need to work in one window while looking at another.
Place a window on top while you view through it to the application
underneath. Type into one program while being able to read
the data in the program underneath.
The transparency effect is very handy, but is also impressive
and beautiful. And if you have decorative wallpaper, or
attractive desktop colors Transparent Windows lets them
through to keep your desktop work area beautiful!
- Actual Windows Minimizer is a useful
utility for minimizing open programs where you want them,
rather than always to the toolbar. Windows Minimizer eliminates
toolbar clutter by letting you minimize any open program
to an icon at the screen edge, or, if you wish, to the system
tray (near the clock). This is an ideal solution for programs
such as browsers, e-mail, audio players or other programs
running in the background that you don't want to close.
- Actual Title Buttons is yet another handy
utility to ease your work and improve your Windows experience.
Title Buttons allows you to add new "Minimize to Tray,"
"Stay on Top," "Rollup\Unroll," and
"Make Transparent" buttons to any program's title
bar at the top of the screen. These useful new buttons then
can be used to minimize an open program to the Tray, to
keep on top a window you need to keep viewing, roll up windows
so only the title bars remain visible or make window semi-transparent.
Windows is supposed to do this, but these features are not
always available. Highly limited in the choices you get.

clicking the title bar.

roll up when they become inactive.

items to standard window menu accessible via application
icon in the title bar. Among them: set priority, roll up

after every bootup until you change it.
